The nominal capacity of a single battery extension module is 5 kWh. You can check the total capacity of the battery displayed in the app to determine whether the battery modules are connected correctly.
If the RS485+ and RS485- cables are connected correctly, the LED indicator on the LUNA2000 is constantly green.
If the CAN communication cable between cascaded ESSs or the CAN communication cable of a battery expansion module is connected incorrectly, the app will report an alarm.
If the LED on the LUNA2000 does not light up after the AC and DC sides of the inverter are turned on, the Enable+, Enable- cable is connected incorrectly.
