Everything regarding the utilits paperwork is organized underneath the Helpdesk ticket Dein.Solar Interconnection Application. Each ticket contains an overview of the steps supposed to happen in this stage. Here is just an overview of some responsibilites, details are saved underneath the ticket.
Who creates / fills out the utility paperwork?
- Assignee of ticket (goal: Karoline + Tristan, as of 5/24 Dawid is supporting)
Who sends it to customer to sign?
- Reviewer reviews it (f.e. Tristan)
- Then forwards it to the customer to sign
Who sends it to the electrician to sign?
- Reviewer reviews signed version by customer; saves it underneath "final doc" section (f.e. Tristan)
- Then forwards it to the customer to sign
Who submits it to the utility?
- Reviewer reviews signed version by electrician; saves it underneath "final doc" section (f.e. Tristan)
- Then submits it to the utility
-> Project Manager gets notified once documents (after each step above) are uploaded to the "fnal doc" section, so he/she is aware and can keep the project updated accordingly.
Who checks with the utility if they want to be on site for the commissioning and / or our electrician to be on site for meter exchange etc.?

Who schedules meeting with the utility if needed?

Who is registering a commissioned system with the Marktstammdatenregister?
