What is this from?
This is normally from the aluminum of the frame which comes in contact with the glass. The glass is not scratched, the aluminum is just "painted" on the glass, and can be removed with cleaner, UV exposure, or rain.
The same is true with any oil from the hands which could come in contact with the glass. This will not effect the performance or the warranty of the solar panels.
