Do I understand correctly that the task must now be recorded manually for each project?Yes this is correct at this time

When is this supposed to happen? After material planning and after material is delivered to the jobsite (as of 3/29 we are adding the material delivered to site tasks).
This task sequence # (so order in the project process, lower #s are beginning of process, higher numbers are at the end).
TO create a new tasks for the 55% invoice, it should happen after this tasks is completed

Set name of task
Set sequence (so 191, so 192)
Assign who this should be assigned to
Add description
