Dein.Solar registers the customer as a system operator via the Dein.Solar user account or MaStR access. The register therefore already recognizes the customer as a so-called "market player". A market participant can be transferred from one MaStR access to another. This may be necessary, for example, if the system operator wishes to take over the management of his unit himself at a later date. This results in a "market player transfer".

The process of transferring the market player comprises the following steps:
1. The system operator creates his own user account in MaStR and receives a support code. If he has already created a user account in the MaStR, this step is not necessary.
The system operator can find their support code by logging into their user account and selecting the "View MaStR access" option under "User profile".
The system operator informs the installer about his procedure and sends him his support code outside the MaStR (e.g. by e-mail or telephone).
2. The installer triggers the transfer in the MaStR. To do this, the installer should log in. Under "My marketers" / "Meine Marktakteure" he will find a small eye symbol, he should click on this symbol, then click on the "Further actions" / "Weitere Aktionen" button and select the "Offer transfer" / "Übertragung anbiete"n option. He must enter the support code of the system operator in the upper of the two fields. The installer should enter the security query in the lower field.
3. The system operator receives a corresponding message in the market master data register. There they can take another close look at the transfer process and accept it.
