Only Wordpress Administrators can set 2FA.
Before setting 2FA make sure person has Microsoft Authenticator installed on their phone.
User needs to log in using company email (Work or school account)
When logged in, user needs to click on icon in bottom right corner.
App will ask for QR code to scan.
QR code can be found by Wordpress Admin under Users > All users.
Click on 2FA under user name:
You will be able to copy QR code image to be scanned by the user.
After QR code scanned user will see number code that needs to be entered by Wordpress Admin to approve 2FA.
