- Check whether the AC and DC sides of the inverter are switched on and whether the "=[" and "]~" indicators are constantly lit green or have been flashing slowly for more than 3 minutes.
- The following steps must be carried out within three minutes:
1. switch off the AC switch and set the DC SWITCH on the underside of the inverter to the OFF position. If the inverter is connected to an energy storage system (ESS), switch off the ESS switch. Wait until all LED indicators on the control panel of the inverter are no longer illuminated.
2. switch on the AC switch and set the DC SWITCH to ON. Wait approx. 90 seconds and check whether the "]~" indicator flashes green slowly.
3. switch off the AC switch and set the DC SWITCH to OFF. Wait until all LED indicators on the control panel of the inverter are no longer illuminated.
4. switch on the AC switch and set the DC SWITCH to ON. Wait until all LED indicators on the control panel of the inverter flash and then stop lighting up after 30 seconds.
- You must reset the password within 10 minutes. (If no operation is performed within 10 minutes, all parameters of the inverter remain unchanged).
1. wait until the "]~" indicator flashes green slowly.
2. establish a connection using the original Wi-Fi hotspot name (SSID) and the original password (PSW). This information can be found on the label on the side of the inverter.
3. set a new password on the login screen and log in to the app.
- After the password has been reset, the Wi-Fi name, the Wi-Fi password, the password for the user login, the router parameters and the management system parameters are reset to the factory settings.
