1. Go to the LG Partner Portal and login to our account.
2. Click on My Page -> My Installed Batteries to see all registered batteries.
3. Click on Register for Your Points to register a new LG battery, fill in the information below.
Choose direct input.
Fill in installation date (based on the entry in the Marktstammdatenregister or Inbetriebnahmeprotokoll) + customer's address etc.
Choose the inverter (SolarEdge). The product name you can find on the submittal or on the O&M manual created for the customer.
The LG-Chem batteries we are installing belong to the product generation RESU Gen 2
S/N & Product name = Serial number. You can find this in the O&M or on the off roof photos taken during the installation (QC checklist)
Product vendor: Krannich / Memodo / EWS; you will find this information underneath the purchase order.
