EWS is one of our photovoltaic vendors we order pv items from. Their shop has special functions and is a bit less intuitive like other vendors. So here are the steps.

Select basic discount (is highlighted in yellow, must be selected again).
Then select "Single components".
Select component, e.g. solar modules.
The product that is most available is always displayed at the top. Filter options on the left side.
Also shown is the stock development, all orders in the system are already subtracted from this, i.e. goods that will be available on the respective date and goods for which EWR has a fixed delivery date from the manufacturer (no speculation). Yellow marked: currently available in stock, green marked: incoming.
If goods are not available and will not be available in the next 180 days, then they will not be available for order.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
Select the delivery date type (Terminart):
- Term-dependent = if we have delivery to the warehouse.
- Fix, if we deliver to the site and need a certain fixed date
- Fix 10 = 10 o'clock, day can be specified and delivery will happen until 10:00 o'clock
- Fix 12 = day can be specified and delivery will happen till 12:00 o'clock
- Fix Standard = delivery day is fixed, do not choose driver's notification 1h before but forwarding notification: driver contacts 1-2 days before to make the date concrete
- Delivered to the curb. Upon request: delivery with lifting platform / lift truck, here also applies to the curb. The driver is not obliged to transport the goods along the driveway, to bring them into a garage etc. So there should be someone on site to accept and check the goods.
- Option: if delivery to site, then maybe bring substructure already from warehouse or the hooks so installation can start before main delivery gets to site, as exact timing is sometimes hard to schedule. To avoid idle time.
Lift required = We do not need if it is sent to the warehouse RADE, MUST be selected if we send to the end customer!
Binding order vs. send request
Binding order may not be possible because the ordered quantity is not available at the desired time or if we have exceeded an order limit. Then only option "Send request" works.
After order: order confirmation by email. 1-2 weeks before planned delivery date EWS looks if the goods are ready, if not we will be contacted. Then a shipping confirmation with tracking.
There is no overview of open processes yet, but soon.
Online store for single components: Access to different product groups etc.
Vs. Complete system
QUICK-CALC -> rather to get a quick calculation for material costs, it does not replace detailed planning (for that you can use QUICK-PLAN, which also gives you a bill of material later).
It is possible to create "complete systems", "pocket calculating" system.

Select modules, confirm selection, then compatible memories are automatically displayed.
Then roof hook system based on the 12 kWp selected modules:
One can enter markups, assembly effort, etc. to get a final customer quote or calculation. Then you can get an itemized list of the components. The whole thing can be output as a quote or offer, logo can be inserted and then it can be sent as a PDF.
Quickplan can be included as a whitelabel solution on the website -> customer can plan PV system, then "send request" and we get the lead. Will be displayed in our EWS project view
